I know it's Halloween, but do we really need eight redundant threads talking about everyone's favorite candy?

Isn't it the type of topic that can exist just as one self-enclosed candy love-fest thread? Seems that would be better than cluttering up the front page, no?

You know, dogmatic, I was getting pretty peeved about the sudden lawlessness when suddenly I realized, Halloween goes away tomorrow. I can come back then... When you compare this the terrorist-related posts which apparently will continue without abandon until 'all evildoers in the world are brought to justice', it's not so bad...

True dat, jay. I just figured that this was a good example of what not to do...That is, post a similar topic to two (or five or six or seven) that already exist. If anything, the example of holiday candy thread abuse could be used possibly to combat the 40 redundant threads about terrorism tomorrow.

Just a thought.
