I'm looking for an AskMe question

I'm looking for an AskMe question: someone who was offered a job but doesn't want to respond until they find out if they're going to get their dream job which they also applied for. I think it's pretty recent.

I've been searching the archives for like half an hour. Hope me, Metafilter!

There's been quite a few postings about job offers, was there any other info in the post you remember. If not, limit your search to the work & money section.

Plus, make sure it was its own AskMe and not just a followup post, that could make it increasingly hard to search for.

This and this are the closest things i've found to what you've asked for in the past few months.
