London meetup update:
Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese -- very slight change in plan. The Johnson Annexe is available from 6.30 only and contrary to what I was told, it will set 15 people for eating. ("But we managed to get 20 in at Xmas".) [more inside]

We should be OK for numbers as people will be arriving between 6.30 & 8 but we may have to spread into other bars later to make way for other Mefites eating.

IMPORTANT: It's a restaurant annexe so get your drinks at the bar downstairs before going up to the room.

So, are you lot likely to stay in there if we exceed the 15 limit? I won't be there till gone 8, and I know it's a bit of a rambling pub, so some clue as to where to find you would be nice.

My head doesn't hurt as much as last time but it was a really good meetup - possibly the highest turnout yet? Now we just need teh pix.

Mmm, yes - the pics are going to be, well, interesting. IIRC, I seemed to be on a "make as many stupid faces as possible" mission last night. Which I may possibly have done well in.

The venue was great - an ideal size for us, especially after Optamystic sweet talked us into getting the large downstairs room.

March for the next one or how about some time around Easter?
