I will actually be there sort of running the Texterity booth for Make's digital edition, but I'm sure I'll be able to sneak off. Or we can skip something organized at the Faire (come by my booth!) and meetup in Austin either Friday or Saturday night?

Hell yes.

I managed to make it out to this years bay area fair by a fluke of scheduling serendipity, and it kicked all sorts of “5:1 scale mousetrap, muffin car, and bike powered EVERYTHING” ass that when I found out they were having one IN MY HOME TOWN just later this year I did a little yell. I can only probably afford the second day this year, but whatever it is, I am in.

I'd love to meet up, but I was thinking of going on the first day. We may have to come to some sort of consensus about which day to have a meetup, or else meet on Friday or Saturday night as Plutor suggested.

It's also the weekend of my brother's wedding, elsewise Mrs. Windphone and I would be there. Damn again.
