Can we get an « Older posts button for the new Music Talk section over at MeFi Music? Seeing as how there's only room for five posts at a time (I suppose), it seems like a feature folks will want.

Otherwise, just wanna say thanks again, mods and pb, for the new feature! It's a really good thing so far, certainly adds interest and new excitement to MeFi Music.

Also, i've had to disable my Deleted Threads GM script for the Music homepage as it was interpreting Talk threads as Deleted and generally fuckin' up my Christmas.

I don't know why I mention it, really. I just want everyone to feel my pain.

Song and Talk threads share the same set of thread ids, split across the two tabs by a hidden category flag, so on either index page there are gaps where the other kind of post "should" be.

We actually anticipated this and then, stone cold motherfuckers that we are, shrugged.

Fixed, if you will.

And thanks so much for adding the "more" button, Matt. One teeny tiny point: I still think for consistency (across sites) and clarity's sake, it should read «Older posts, but... that's just me.

Actually, scratch that last comment... the (more) is, as you say, consistent with the other (more)s in the song categories just below it, as well as with the (norm)s and (protocol)s. All is well, and peace be upon you. Now, back to Curtis Mayfield:
