Well I actually thought it was him, I have a very vague idea of what he looks like, I knew he has a kid and I remember a few threads where he mentioned that he didn't want every little thing he did hauled back into MetaFilter. I didn't bother to actually research or read the blog, that was all Rhaomi.

Now I'm all kinds of mixed up. It appears I misread iconomy's post to an extreme degree and responded to it as I mistakenly read it. Then jmd82 posts that "EPIC FAIL" comment and I can't figure out whether it's referring to the original not-actually-Mathowie post or to my utter failure to respond to iconomy's post logically and coherently.

MetaTalk should be closed on the weekends.

Also, whiskey may or may not be delicious. (hint: it is)

Yeah, I never thought it was him either. I've seen my share of photoshopped recumbent bike pictures and comparisons to Sylar -- the guy with the baby didn't bear much resemblance. Then I thought maybe the picture in context would explain, so I just went to the base URL and the same picture was right there.
