Hey, I'm going to Denver on a work trip late May-early June. Anyone up for drinks?

It's a pretty intense training, apparently, and I'll be scheduled up most of the time including evenings. However, I will for sure have Sunday May 31st (late afternoon-early evening) and all day/evening Friday the 5th to cavort around.

I'll be staying at The Curtis (looks cool!) downtown, and I've never been to Denver (or Colorado, for that matter) before. I will be without car, so it will be up to y'all to figure out a good location.

Hey, we were just talking about this! Or, rather, I received an email from someone (-t ?) in Denver who said that we need to have a meetup when you are in town.

Since you're staying near 16th Street Mall, I don't think finding a place to have a drink will be a problem. I don't live in Denver, so I'll let the better-informed come up with suggestions.

In answer to your question, you will be able to breathe, but you should drink lots of water!

It was a good time, thanks to everyone. Nails, -t, peachfuzz, lonefrontranger (via iphone facebook chat) and I decided Fri July 17th at Falling Rock for the MeFi 10 meetup. However, odds are 50-50 we'll meet at the base of the blue airport bronco instead with aims to turn it into a unicorn. If we're at Falling Rock, I'll assume 7pm since that's the time we met up for Jessamyn's visit. Does that time/place work for most?

I'm nothing if not consistent. Consistently slow, but I did managed to get some photos up. I ran out of free space on flickr, so that was partially to blame for the delay.

I'm not absolutely positive I'll be in town the weekend of the 17th-19th, but will know more later this week. If I have to be out of town, I might still be here on the 17th. I'm not ready to pull the trigger on volunteering to organize the meetup, but will do so once I know if I'm here or not. if someone else wants to go to the 10th site and sign up, I'll promise not to cry...
