The cartoon Story of Cat Rackham's quest for coffee now has a conclusion of sorts

(spoiler alert)

It involves a crazy lumpy old lady and an exploding water heater but what good story doesn't?

I'm straining my brain to think of one, but am coming up empty. I'm sure I've read a good story recently that doesn't involve lumpy old ladies and exploding water heaters. Maybe this is a good question for AskMe.
