Teeny-weeny memail pony: put the delete button at the top and bottom of the list - since newest mail is at the top, it is more likely to get deleted.

I delete old memail and keep track of how many pixels that is saving mathowie from having to host. One day I know I'll have enough pixels saved up that Matt will give me, and only me, the image tag back.
