Unhappy baby faces

Anyone remember an FPP about an artist who made realistic baby head masks? There was a youtube video with a family of three people walking around (maybe NYC)? The heads were mucho creepy. Googling has failed me. Thanks!

Not masks and don't know if they've ever been featured in an fpp but if it's mucho creepy you want check out reborn dolls. *shudder*

I want one of these so badly I could cry. When I wasn't wearing it, I'd put it on a scarecrow body at my desk at work.
