And wow, this is weird because as I was typing, suddenly my eyes have filled with tears. Your news is great news -- it's the best news I've heard all week. So this could be awkward because we don't personally know each other that well, but I'm going to *own* this emotion and be all smiley and gosh darn it, you two. You're both smart and funny and caring people and I'm so glad you found each other. I wish you much happiness together.

Our ceremony was small but beautiful. We are two people who don't like a lot of fuss, so to be married in a gazebo by the lake with just a handful of family and close friends was perfect. We had a mini-honeymoon in an AirBnB last night and were snuggling in front of the fireplace when we decided to post this. Needless to say, we were very excited to share our joy with the community that made it possible to find each other.
