I can't insert links!

I cant post urls in my fpps apart from the title.

My hard drive died so i put windows 98 in and then i upgraded ie to some godforsaken number, im not very computer literate, so i would appreciate some help....sniff.

well i put it in the little grey box but it doesnt come up in the little white box, so i'm still a bit confused.

Sarge, to post other links apart from the first one you have to actually type in the HTML codes, like so:

<a href="http://www.whateverlink.blah/blah.html">Link title</a>


Actually type in the carets (< and >) wherever necessary, and substitute your own link for "http://www.whateverlink.blah/blah.html", of course, and your own words for "Link title". Don't forget to type in the ending and beginning double quotes (") before and after the link. If you do it right, the above code would result in the bold words "Link title", which act as a link to the site "http://www.whateverlink.blah/blah.html".

(Or, you could use the trick I used to learn rudimentary HTML, and "view source" of your favorite examples, to see how people did it before!)
