OK, OK, so there was a little outage. We've already forgiven and forgotten, right? The question is: Here it is July 1st... so, is MoJo ready?

Man, I knew I should've used that MetaTalk generator instead of trying to phrase the post myself.

Nowadays, more and more MetaFilter members seem to have forgotten about MoJo. The MetaJournalistic undercurrent: how important is the building of MoJo in day-to-day posting and, indeed, in the running of MetaFilter? To what extent is a lot of internal conflict here attributable to a lack of MoJo? Is MoJo passe? What is your name? What is your favourite colour? Discuss.

when i was a student someone asked me my favourite colour and i said yellow because that's a nice colour isn't it, but they laughed at me and said that orange was the colour i should have said because orange is warm and friendly while yellow is kind of yellow and not very nice, in fact kind of false and cheesy, so now yellow is my favourite colour permanently and for all time just to show the f*ckers and i hope they're all dead now and hey anyway the buttons in meta are yellow too, which just goes to show.
