French MetaFilter March 25, 2004 11:50 AM   Subscribe

Nous sommes tous en cela ensemble: Aeiou, 'the blog of flu,' is a new French community blog based on the 'celebrated Metafilter.' They also give you Aeiou in bad english, through le poisson. (via boingboing via ecuaderno via pointblog via chryde).

Mais ou est le AeiouTalk?
No blog can be truly based on the celebrated Metafilter without the celebrated Metatalk navelstaring can it?

But more serious, it looks like a cool site. I like the design. They even have images on the front page!

Also the quality of posts seem to be quite good, and it has some diverse subjects. Pretty neat.

MetaFilter IS celebrated, and rightly so. But before we get too puffy, "celebre" in French is usually meant as just "famous."

Of course, the auricles, with wire or without wire (thank you the blue tooth), gave us the right to rediscover automobile control with two hands or the joy of tightening paluche d’un pal, the whole while telephoning and sandwichant. Progress with good, qu’on says it.

Wow! I was just thinking to myself the other day it has been a long time since I had the joy of tightening my paluche d'un pal.

amberglow. We are practically the discussion board for boingboing, except we don't rag on Xeni.

"...except we don't rag on Xeni."

Post some mind-bogglingly stupid "SARS Art" four times a day, see if the ragging starts.

So rather than shitting on a thread at AEIOU in a fit of pique, does one have a vowel movement?

I can't find the user registration on this site. Can someone please tell me where it is?
