Tis the season. Politics are busting out all over. We have four more months of this crap before the sludge flow ebbs a little bit.

Or however long it takes him to shut places like this down.
I am reminded of the old Albert Brooks album in which he did the talk-radio schtick now claimed by Phil Hendrie (to the best of my memory):
Caller: "I got a Good News, Bad News joke for ya..."
Albert: "Okay, what's the Good News?"
Caller: "What? Huh? You already started? Oh.. okay I've got some Good News and some Bad News."
Albert: "Alright, caller, what's the Good News?"
Caller: "The Good News is I don't have any Bad News."
Albert: "Then what's the Bad News?"
Caller: "The Bad News is that's all the Good News I got! Well? Get it?"
Albert: (dryly)"Yes, very funny." posted by wendell at 11:33 AM on July 1, 2004
That's funny, why did you all assume I was talking about GWB?
At this point, American politics are so poisoned that no matter *who* gets in, the bile will continue to flow. posted by darukaru at 1:07 PM on July 1, 2004
