3 or 4 choices? Bug

During today's name-server downtime, I noticed that when I connect directly to the IP, I can't list threads by "my comments". The listing menu only had three choices. When I access through "www.metafilter.com" I can; the menu has all four. I have no idea why this might be.

This is the same bug that's been reported by other users and is not related to the DNS issues (except for the fact that you get another set of MeFi cookies, since the ones for www.metafilter.com can't go to the IP address). Last I heard Matt didn't know exactly what causes the problem; until he figures it out, just switch to some other view and the "My comments" option will generally re-appear.
