error in database when trying to post comment November 22, 2004 6:18 PM   Subscribe

Whenever I try to make a post to a thread in the Blue, I get " Error Executing Database Query.
Invalid data contribute,post_comment_preview.cfm for CFSQLTYPE CF_SQL_INTEGER." and c.
Other people make posts, so I suppose there's some prob with my account, perhaps?

And by "a thread" I mean in ANY thread. It only happens in the Blue, and it happens right after I hit preview.

That means you didn't pass the background check.

Hmmm. I logged out, deleted cookies, logged back in, still the same thing. This is while using Firefox 1.0
I tried it with IE 6.0, and that works fine (no error message).
So, I'm stumped.

Invalid data contribute,post_comment_preview.cfm for CFSQLTYPE CF_SQL_INTEGER.

What we have here is a bad signal-to-noise ratio.

Same thing is happening to me Matt. I can successfully post from IE but not from FF. I've removed all my cookies and relogged in.

Complete text of error message:
Error Executing Database Query.
Invalid data contribute,post_comment_preview.cfm for CFSQLTYPE CF_SQL_INTEGER.
