On Ask MetaFilter I appealed for advice on how to get around being banned from a blog. It seems the thread has been deleted. Why?

It seemed kinda weird and a bit too specific. Is there anything anyone here can say to unban you from some random blog? Try taking it up with the owners of the blog via email.
