Category-Specific RSS Feeds?

If it's not too much work, could we have category-specific RSS feeds for AskMefi?

While I like to skim all of AskMefi, I never want to miss anything posted to the health category--it's one of the few things I feel like I can answer and help with. If I had an RSS feed of it, it'd be easier for me to watch. Thanks!

And assuming you really start that pony ranch.... will it be much more work to also get category feeds for the blue?

There is one flaw with that, ?! - MeFi has no categories.
