Options in Sort By... dropdown don't show up

Some options on the Sort By drop down list don't show by default. After goofing around, the 'my comments' item shows up. Details inside...

When first arrive, the default option is 'date', and the list contains 'recent comments' and 'most comments'. However, if I switch to one of the other two options, the list contains 4 items, the 3 mentioned plus 'my comments'. After switching, the 4th item always remains. Bug?

Not a big deal of course, but just one of those niggling inconsistencies...

I figured that out as well. It has something to do with the default view being the static from page. All options set from the dropdown seem to be dynamic, and hence recognize you as logged in...
