General blog-related stuff on MetaTalk? July 1, 2005 9:46 AM   Subscribe

Note: if posting about general weblog-related items, please post to Blogroots.com instead.
Since Blogroots is dead, does that mean we can talk about weblog-related stuff here again?

At the very least, that line on the MeTa post page should be changed.

Hey, I get to be the first one to mention MetaChat.

An honor, I tells ya.

I need to remove that line, but no, I don't think general weblog chitchat is really appropriate for metatalk these days. Back in the day this was sort of the only big blogger community and it made sense, but there are oodles of sites dedicated to talking about blogging that are better fits.

I know nothing about blogs, but I do have a kick-ass story about a ticketstub.

It was more of a rhetorical question than a serious one, Matt. Hence the link to the "general weblog chitchat" post marginally about MetaFilter immediately prior to this one.

I have a bunny with pancakes on its head who started a photoblog. (We have cameras.)

Do not mistake anti-wank for anti-blog.

It's can be an easy thing to do.

I have an interactive visualization of ticket stubs and mp3s and camera purchases. Where *can* I let everyone know about such a project?
