If we click on the music tag, and scroll down to see the Users who often use this tag, we find that CKmtl has used the tag in 65 posts, and nkknkk has used the tag a staggering 164 times! But in fact, it's not true. What's up? [more inside]

The back-tagging team seems to have languished in their zeal to backtag all old Metafilter and AskMetafilter posts (I know I have fallen behind). I think we should set a goal end-date for ourselves, and really push ourselves to get it all done. Details inside.

Backtaggers: When you backtag an AskMe question, do you base your tags solely on the original question, or do you incorporate information about comments/answers? I realize there is probably no hard and fast rule, I'm just curious how y'all are doing it.

So there's roughly 8,000 questions now in AskMe (# of June questions x 11 months).... May I humbly request an update on the tagging project, or any other ponies that could help make this the great resource it's screaming to be? And has any more thought been given to how metadata could be added to the questions already in the db?
