Well said loquacious. Just what we need, more shorthand. It's alienating for viewers of the site (not to mention promoting negativity -- it's noise, not signal) and it's somehow more satisfying writing cockwad or fuckwit anyway. It's not comparable to '.' imho, which is a respectful, though arguably fatuous trope.

This thread highlights the point that it's kind of unfortunate that we can't enforce some kind of 'minimum mental age' requirement on this internet forum. Anywho, I would say that angry modem's contribution is still funny and appropriate.
