This post is abusive, flamebait and does not address the question.

Damn, petsounds was an extreme jerk there.

seeing as the question is, and i quote, "what to do?", it does address the question directly, albeit with some pointed editorializing.

Hey, 2 out of 3 right isn't bad for a callout.

You're right, it addresses the question. But it is really unpleasant and abusive. So is it okay or not?

FLAG IT IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH IT, MY GOD HOW HARD IS THAT!!111

Flag it, don't announce that you flagged it, hope that everyone else shows the same restraint so that when it dies none of the conversation goes with it or stays behind to boggle the masses.

Also, that "@username" thing is driving me crazy. It works just as well without the amphora.

Since it would be unappropriate to post there, I'll post it here:

A $200 used thinkpad that could compete with a 2 ghz macbook? WHERE!? TELL ME WHERE YOU LAME, SARCASTIC LITTLE FUCKER OR I'LL TEAR OUT YOUR SPLEEN THROUGH BOTH YOUR FUCKING EARS.

I still see P1 thinkpads going for $200 plus, they're that well designed and durable and useful.

Flagged.

You flagged it. Then you announced that you'd flagged it. Then you opened a MeTa thread.

Sometimes the overreaction is worse than the offense.

Yep, a lame comment, removed.
