My Favorites tab in My Activity?

Can we please have a My Favorites tab in My Activity? One that would work just like the My Comments tab in showing the last few comments on each thread, but do this for our favorite threads rather than threads we commented in?

It's "My Activity" in the title bar.

I fixed the title, heh. I dunno about adding my favorites to it, I'll have to think about it. We already have favorites activity there.

But that 'favorites activity' is a completely different thing. That's a log of when other people have favourited my contribution. And that's handy.

But there is currently no way to see a list of most recent comments on posts that I have marked as favourites. That's what we're looking for. And it would roxor my boxors.

Agreed. My boxors would also be roxored by that. (Although they're already rather roxored by all the recent improvements!)

Being able to easily follow posts in this way would be the bestest thing ever.

I've been hoping for this function for ages. At the moment, it's quite difficult tracking posts with favorites, since theres no easy way to see when a post has been updated. This eems like an ideal solution, adding a lot of utility to favorites (which for me are kinda just a big bag that I drop stuff in but don't look at much). It would also be pretty low-impact, since it wouldn't affect any other functionality, except maybe encouraging people to use favorites more.

How about a My Favorite Most Favorited Favorites Favorited by Others' Activity page?

Personally, I think it would be best to track favorite posts, just like the main page "My Favorites" tab. Favoriting a post is much more likely to mean that I want to follow the thread. I use favoriting a comment much more to indicate appreciation or agreement, rather than an interest in all of the discussion in a thread. It would also be easier to switch off if I tired of watching a particular thread, rather than unfavoriting umpteen comments within the thread (if I can find them all).

Related: a combined "My Posts, Comments, and Favorites" in Recent Activity would also be nice. This would obviate the need to either (a) switch back and forth between these three to find all the threads I'm interested in, or (b) favorite all threads with my comments in them, and my own posts (which right now I think is considered somewhat gauche).
