Unfortunately I don't know Greek, so I'm at a loss to search the opinion for "The history of ancient Greece" AND "laden with examples of," but I'll just be happy with any official judicial opinion that says that being gay cannot be taken to mean anything defamatory.

Somehow, between this and the recent CA Supreme Court, I know that I should feel victorious and vindicated. But really, I only feel sweaty.
I'm not sure how relevant that is, but I thought I'd throw it in there as a data point.
