/Pony-request-filter: Would it be possible to see which comments are favourited the most, much like the "Popular Favourites" for posts?

In a sense, yes, but with the ability to break down the comments as in this - all time, 30 days, 7 days etc...

Assuming you mean most favorited comments of all time (the most favorited in the last week are already listed on pracowity's link), I think this has been brought up multiple times in the past and always rejected for encouraging too much scoreboardism.

The infodumpster that Combustible Edison Lighthouse wrote is pretty much ideal for this.

Pick the site, enter the date range, click the ? beside "which comments by anyone have the most favorites" and there's your list.

Every seven days, make a post and a comment about how we will never add "of-all-time" favorite counts on that page, and everybody favorite the living bejeesus out of it.
