What's up with irc?

Any sign as to when irc.metafilter.com, irc.turlyming.net will be back up? Anyone want to institute a quick fix in the meantime?

The line the box was sitting on went down forever, so I've upgraded my house DSL line and will be hosting it again from my place. The box is up now, but the DNS won't propigate for a few more days.

You should be able to connect if you use the IP address: 67.119.7.91

Yep, looks like it's working. And I stuck the googlebot in there for folks to play with when it gets quiet, as it often does.
