Looking for an AskMe about kitchen hacks, I THINK August 6, 2015 9:50 AM   Subscribe

A few years ago there was a looong thread in AskMe that *might* have been about kitchen hacks, but then again, it might have been about "little things you never knew how to use properly." I remember it because it was the first time I'd ever heard of end locks, the holes you poke in the ends of tin foil/saran wrap boxes to stabilize the roll. Does anyone remember the thread I'm talking about?

I thought of this Ask, but I don't see end locks mentioned in there.

poffin boffin has it. I know because that was the thread that fixed many things in my life, among other ways by teaching me to use end locks, educating me on how to tell which side of the car the gas tank is on without getting out, and showing me how to tie shoelaces securely.
