Last post posted on [DATETIME] December 31, 2000 9:37 AM   Subscribe

Would a "Last post posted on [DATETIME]" be a bad addition to thread headers? MetaTalk, since it uses the same cookie info as MeFi, could benefit from it the most, but there are times it could be useful on MeFi also. Perhaps as a user option, so not everyone gets the extra clutter?

I just want to know when a thread was last updated, so if my last visited date gets expired while I read a long thread and I go back to the main page, I still know what's new since the last time I visited.

"Last comment posted on [DATETIME]" would probably be better phrasing, now that I think about it for more than half a second.
