White on white mefi December 1, 2002 12:37 PM Subscribe
in today's theme, on mozilla 1.0 (sorry, but that's the latest version in debian stable/testing) textareas appear as white on white. i have a general (ie desktop) white on black colour scheme, but mozilla is configured to have a default of black on white. ps my mefi config uses the "other" colour-scheme.
Looks fine in Moz 1.1-Linux. In fact, it looks better than fine.

What Fabulon7 said.
If you want to upgrade mozilla without changing to competely to unstable (which is what I run so don't be afraid of the name) go here and get one of those. You should be able to build it using dpkg and everything will be happy (no warrentee, RTFM, etc., etc.).

I just wanted to second that. It looks wonderful (in Mozilla 1.2 Mac, at least) and I think Matt did a great job. Thanks for this project.

I did have one CSS problem I couldn't solve, in Mac IE 5, the ribbon image spread across three div's doesn't line up, though it works perfectly in Win/IE6, and Mozilla 1.2 on Mac and PC. If anyone has any ideas on that, I'm all ears.
