Can I import MeFi links to my own blog? April 21, 2001 12:13 AM   Subscribe

I run a blog and of course every time I post a link it's already been in MetaFiler at least 15 minutes early. :)

It would be great if I could "import" the topics into my site on a sidebar, like you can do with Slashdot. I'm not sure how it works, but it would be nice to have. Any ideas?

Drag this to your Explorer bar in IE.

It loads this file...

...which by the way is the one I guess you'd import...

I think he wants an RSS feed so he can do a headline box, like Slashdot etc.

Matt used to have one on haughey.com, but it went away when he repurposed that site.

that might actually be good enough. but many sites post their own "rdf" which looks something like this. I'll see what I can do with just the "bar" directory.

Don't know if it's still updated, but I had recently been playing with MeFi's
XML feed, available at href="http://www.metafilter.com/metafilter.xml">http://www.metafilter.com/metafilter.xml...
