No questions since I last logged in?

don't know if this is a bug-

On the Green, I'm finding that it reports no questions since I've last logged on. Clearly there are new questions; additionally everything is fine (and correct) on the Blue

I've never understood the "new since" feature, which, at best, seems to track new activity in the last X minutes, not whether I've actually loaded a page meanwhile. Somewhere between server and client caches, cookies, timezones, and the underlying code, there seems to be a fair amount of "play."

I've always wished it wouldn't release new comments to a thread unless I clicked on that thread.

weird. I get the proper number of new comments, but not new threads. Probably a coding error that I'll look into later this weekend.
