I'm trying to follow the 4000+ comment election thread, and it's getting really difficult. Links are not where they look like they are, lines of text are duplicated and overwritten. Now, in addition to the jumping-links behavior, I'm having trouble scrolling. The page will just sit there as I wheel, then jump a couple of screens, so I have to go back, which also doesn't go smoothly. It's becoming unusable. [more inside]

There are posts in Fanfare showing as deleted, but there is no deletion reason showing, and if I click on them they are open for comments. Currently, Two-Lane Blacktop, Horror Club: Calvaire, and Shut Up And Drive show as deleted (from the top few posts.) Firfefox 44.0, Ubuntu latest version. (I have clicked for community input to see if anyone else has this issue on other browsers and OS's.)

This is the only way my ESET NOD32 Antivirus program will let me communicate with MF right now. Whenever I try to open something on MeFi or AskMeFi -- or the Contact a Moderator page -- I get a notice that the connection has been terminated because of a JS/ScrInject.B trojan. I was doing fine reading the past 24 hours of MeFi until just before posting this. Can anyone confirm there's a problem, or has my antivirus program gotten out of hand?

The Modern theme has long been plagued with a bug on Android phones where it bounces you to the top when the orientation changes. We're trying to improve that and could use some help testing it. [more inside]

o Pagination is funny, I need and expect the last line of the previous page to be the first line of my next page.
o View magnification acts oddly/inconsistently. For a while, I thought I was hitting the touchpad on my laptop, but it's not me.

So, it's back to Classic for me.
Anyone else seen these problems?

I am really frequently getting "Error—Comment Post Not Found" messages when attempting to post replies on the blue. Anyone else having similar problems? (I recognize the irony of asking this when it will be difficult for people to respond...)

I've recently switched back to using Firefox as my main browser. I've noticed there are a few web pages that don't load completely, and either content is missing or functionality is broken. I could probably live with it, but... the site I see it the most on is Metafilter. This can not stand! Details Inside... [more inside]

Happy New Year! The MeFi FAQ says "On the footer of every MetaFilter page is: © 1999-2014 MetaFilter Network Inc. All posts are © their original authors." Which is perfectly accurate; the copyright date hasn't been changed to 2015 yet. Just saying.

I've noticed that, after sending a message, the Your Inbox "tab" link includes "sent=1" and the only way I've found to clear the "Your message was sent" message is to use the little (more difficult for me to click on) envelope link. This just seems like odd behaviour, is it intentional? [more inside]
