End of another week, let's talk about something else that is not related to politics. Let's talk about coffee. Do you like it? Hate it? Love it? Is it something you struggle with? Is a vice or indulgence? Dark, medium or lightly roasted? Milk and/or sugar? Or do you take it black? Do you grind your own beans? French press, pour over or drip? Starbucks or Dunkin? Beanplating is of course, acceptable. As always be kind to yourself and others.

Looking for an article about becoming a morning person

I'm looking for an article that I read within the past four years and I think it was on MeFi. It was a first person account of the author and her boyfriend trying to become a morning person by following various professional advice, like go for a morning walk, go to bed earlier, etc. I'm pretty sure it's not a similar article in Fitness Magazine about someone doing it alone. Ring a bell?

mefi post on Melitta one-cup filters?

Where's the post on Melitta (and similar) one-cup style filter thingies? I remember reading it, but I've searched "melitta" and "coffee" on both mefi and askmefi, and I can't find it. Does it exist or am I hallucinating?

Small-time blog calls MeFi something bad

Or perhaps as someone named "stupidcomputernickname" posted on the MetaFilter Web site, a sort of electronic coffee klatch, we should only allow people whose children are in the military to be elected to Congress. That way, we get shared sacrifice without a draft.

Coffee klatch? We ain't no stinking coffee klatch...
