I recently added the sideblog RSS feed to my Google Reader page. The title always shows up as undefined. If you were not aware I wanted to point it out. If you were aware but didn't care, I'm fine with that.
I'm looking for a great ask.me answer about buying quality shoes that's probably several years old. There was an answer from a shoe store manager(owner?) that was very good, and I think it was sideblogged. Which brings me to my 2nd question: Is the sideblog searchable?
My Little Feature Request: Paulsc had an uncommonly well-written answer in AskMe. It would be a good candidate for the AskMe sidebar, oh wait, there's no AskMe sidebar. But there could be.
Other then getting 90 plus favorites, why is this on the sideblog? Was it really so incredibly thoughtful and witty that it merits special attention? After all, later in the same thread, flarbuse mercilessly and elegantly deconstructed it and kind of makes it look, well, a bit dumb.
I'm missing the inclusion of noteworthy posts/comments on the sideblog (it's been a couple months since a non-"site news" tidbit). Is it on its way out as a "super bump" or has the community just been that uninteresting?
I was looking for something posted on the sideblog a while back and I found this page. What I didn't find was a way to navigate through the sideblog archives. Would it be possible to add that in, or is there already a way to do it that I'm overlooking?
Matt, I'm not trying to be irritating here; but I am wondering, if you're not going to update the sideblog anymore, is there any reason to keep it? (And for the more anal among you, yes I'm well aware that it can be collapsed).
Sideblog covers the entire front page for users not logged in.
Are there archives for the sideblog? I am looking for a sideblog post that Matt put up a few months ago about a site that had a collection of old "morality" films shown in high school. Does anyone know where I might be able to find this post/link?
The sideblog, what about dates on the posts?
