Nordic MeFi meetup for anniversary?

MeFi meetup for Helsinki or even Nordic countries or Scandinavia to honour the 10th anniversary? I don't see anything on the map

moved in april for a research project, originally for 90 days LOL cos I couldn't imagine leaving the tropics for the arctic circle. now not only first project extended funding to nov (and threw in a free apartment till dec) but just heard got money for another project till next june. and no, its NOT nokia ;p its the helsinki school of economics

I could participate in Helsinki, but I am a stereotypical shy finn. You'll need at least two others like me to have even a dialog in table.

ha! there's no such thing as a stereotypical shy finn, its all in the mind of your embassy staff who hand out books on "finns, finland and finnomena" claiming so... ;p

Ok, if you apply to organize, I'm in. I want to see if the meetup map refocuses itself to fit us in. We'd be the northmost meetup and we'd deserve a prize.

Think you have some competition there with Prudhoe Bay! Although with only 1 confirmed attendee there, I'm not sure if it qualifies as a meetup yet.
