I'm married to a fat chick, and let me just say that based on my experience they rarely jump, Simmons-inspired or not.
However, when they do it is a thing of beauty. posted by mr_crash_davis at 8:15 PM on September 24, 2002
nobody html's anymore. what's up with that, anyway? posted by quonsar at 8:32 PM on September 24, 2002
just the cool kids, quonsar. and since no one has really answered the question completely yet, take god complex's url and make a link like this one, to a funny comment by crunchland.
what, the link question or the Richard Simmons comment? posted by matteo at 11:25 PM on September 24, 2002
For really non-techy folks, you can always take the long manual route:
Go to the personal profile of the person whose comment you are linking to (by clicking on the person's username);
Find this comment listed in his profile;
click on said comment;
Then copy the URL.
But it's much quicker to use the time method. posted by Shane at 7:59 AM on September 25, 2002

or, uh, you could click on the time stamp and copy the URL from the address bar. it's just as lo-tech. er.
Yeah, sorry--bad facetiousness (facetion?) that didn't come off, like a Family Circus cartoon where Jeffey takes the long way through the neighborhood. posted by Shane at 7:46 AM on September 26, 2002
