Internet Explorer Registry Entries October 26, 2001 10:59 AM Subscribe
How exactly does the IE 6.0 registry entries work, once applied?
oh, I should take that offline.
anil wrote it, when ie 6 was first beta'd. They had a really cool tool for managing sidebar stuff. it was a bit more permanent than the sidebar bookmarklet. They seemed to scrap it from the final release, so I'll ax it.
You should see it in View/Explorer Bar/Metafilter

Yeah, sorry 'bout that. The feature got pulled, for the most part. I'm guessing we'll see some vestige of it again in a future release, and its presence won't hurt your system any until then anyway.
