So I have a shady contact or two... December 10, 2007 6:42 PM   Subscribe

1. So I add a contact for the sake of entertainment perhaps. 2. Their account is then disabled. 3. I can't get rid of them from my contact list? Argh.

Next time be more careful about who you link to.

But seriously, did you try hitting the link

...where you replace XXX by the contact's id number?

You're paying way too much attention to your contacts list, drpynchon.

You know, these things come back to haunt you. It's the holiday season. Can't I overcome my past and have a second chance?

Incidentally, looks like you're right whir. Your crazy matrix html haX0rinz is strong.

We'll fix this tomorrow so that the remove contact link shows up even on people with locked accounts.

Of course, if they're no longer using the site, the contacts activity doesn't change, right? It's not like they'd keep popping up in recent activity.

Silly leader.

You should be able to remove disabled contacts now.

That also works if you want to delete yourself as a contact. If, of course, you were silly enough to list yourself as a contact. Which I was. But now I'm not. Well, I am still silly but linking to myself was bothering me. Seemed rather too meta.

I'll be going now.
