Could the PlayStation Network be added to the 'Also On' profile list?
I searched thoroughly through MetaTalk and found nothing about this particular idea, so feel free to cast me out if this has been addressed.
What if the 'Also On' list in MeFi profiles included the PlayStation Network? True, there is a MeFi Wiki page dedicated to listing IDs, but it gets comparatively little attention against user profiles. Heck, I visit the wiki once a year or so. Also, a wiki list feels socially backwards. I don't peruse a list looking for interesting people to meet. Rather, I see interesting people on the blue, view their profiles, and find outlets to meet them.
A PSN icon would point to http://profiles.us.playstation.com/playstation/psn/visit/profiles/[user name]. (Obligatory self-link.)
I was going to suggest an equivalent feature for the XBox 360, but GamerTag seems to do the job, and xbox.com makes you log in to view profiles.

We have a page on the wiki for suggesting these here: SocialStuffs. We visit that page periodically and add them, or ask for clarification.
We should probably change the title of that page. We call these services "Also On", and if you search for that at the wiki you don't get any results. We don't call these "SocialStuffs" anywhere but the wiki.

I'd also like that. I not someone who does a lot of cross-pollination, but I wouldn't mind knowing if there's anyone else out there on PSN. It'd be keen.

I'd like it as well. Since I dropped off of XBL where everyone I know lives, I've found my friends list on the PS3 to be pretty sparse.

Thanks for jumping through the hoops. I just added four services: PlayStation, World of Warcraft, SoundCloud, and Casual Collective. The World of Warcraft URLs are a bit complicated, so I added some instructions to the FAQ.

And once people start adding PlayStation usernames to their profiles, you'll be able to find them all here.

Am I doing something wrong with the World of Warcraft stuff? I've copied everything after the question mark like the instructions say, but clicking on the resulting link in my profile leads to an Armory error page.

Nothing wrong on your end. World of Warcraft links should be working now, thanks.
