Pony request: The ability to view the tags for individual posts on the mobile site.
I've seen this question about browsing by tags/categories on Ask, but that's not really what I'm talking about. I'd love to be able to view tags when browsing the mobile site. I know there's a limited amount of space on the page, but what about an expandable tag box (or something similar) at the top of a thread?
I confess I have absolutely no idea how difficult this would be to implement.

I think tags at the bottom of the page, below the [skip to bottom] menu would be a good place for this.

We'll think about it. The mobile design is already pretty cramped, and there are some things we'll just have to live without in the mobile version. If you need the full-featured MetaFilter it's always a click away at the bottom of any mobile page. The full site stylesheet isn't too bad on the iPhone, especially in landscape mode.
