discrete comment deletion February 27, 2003 4:24 PM Subscribe
The coment count for this thread is two higher on the 'lofi' page than on the regular front page. Is this a bug or did Matt do a little discrete comment-deletion (I admit I go to 'lofi' at least once a day for its 'bonus content' - nudge nudge, wink wink)
Say no more, say no more.

There were a couple of potentially derailing comments leading off the discussion (concerning Bush's "nyoocular" pronunciations) that Matt may have sent to sleep with the fishes, which I guess would throw off the lofi totals.

All right, I'll say it. The FPPs and their threads that are deleted from the regular front page still show up on the lofi page...
And, yes, I always break down quickly under cross-examination (you've probably seen me on reruns of "Perry Mason")
BTW I posted my "op-ed" comment on that thread before seeing that the same point had previosly been made here, and put into MeFi here where the same comment was made here before I posted mine...
So, if Matt is deleting individual comments, I suspect I'm nex----------------------------[no signal]
