MetaFilter parody, by SportsFilter March 31, 2003 5:02 PM   Subscribe

The latest MetaFilter Parody [Please scroll down a bit], courtesy of SportsFilter, though not up to classic standards [No links from me], is certainly funny enough. But it does seem, well, just a trifle incomplete...

It's a shame I'm not even slightly into sports, at least of the team type. SpoFi looks fun.

Exactly how many cliques were you left out of in high school?

Clarification: question is for Miguel, not stavros.

Sportsfilter - Still possible to get a 3-digit user number! Feel important for a limited time only!

stavros, I tried for a while to get the rabble over there interested in sports that didn't involve balls and groups of sweaty men, but it just didn't take. Sorry.

I am willing to pony up a few bucks for miguelfilter.com, who's with me?

SpoFi looks fun.

As one of the, oh, I don't know, 100 most active members there, I take pride in the fact that it's evolving into it's own community now that it's been around for over a year. It really has (finally) completely separated itself from MeFi, in spite of what this link says.

"not up to classic standards" ...I've been noticing that lately.

Not quite. You're only important if you have a 2 digit number.

Damn you mkn. I was just getting used to feeling important.

Standards? We don't need no stinking standards.
