#mefi has moved!

To avoid prosecution For various reasons, #mefi has been forced to relocate moved to a new server. The DNS will propagate the domain name shortly but, if you are connecting using the IP address, you need to change it to 207.44.144.7

The regular server url irc.turlyming.com should lead you to the right place, but if it doesn't use the IP above.

I changed and it seems much zippier - is that possible? On the other hand, I can no longer access the old server where two of my comments seem to have been stranded...

dg, who is prosecuting and why? I had enough trouble setting it up the first time but was saved by the more patient Mefi's.

Ok, dg is just being dg, you should know by now to take everything he says and use Occam's razor liberally on it.

Chris, our very kind and generous host, moved the server from one box to another. The new box is professionally hosted, and unlike the previous one, it won't keep the Haugheys awake with it's fan noise.
