I don't have much interest in getting demographics from the membership.
I'm slightly curious, but since marketers ask the same questions, it might leave a similar bad taste in everyone's mouth. posted by mathowie at 9:45 AM on April 21, 2001
I don't think it would bother anyone if you made the demographics questions optional. But then the statistics would be about useless, since they'd only be provided by a self-selected minority and would probably be skewed toward new members (since most people don't actually update their profiles often). posted by kindall at 11:49 AM on April 21, 2001
