Tiny Text - Please Stop
Can I respectfully ask the metafilter community to not so frequently use tiny text font? [more inside]
For the love of God, Montserrat!
If you noticed a subtle font change on MetaFilter in the Modern theme in the last day or so, you're not hallucinating: one of the web fonts we use, Montserrat, got tweaked by its designer in a way that's affected us and a ton of other websites. Come inside for some details! [more inside]
SOMEONE SET US UP THE (NOSTALGIA) BOMB!
If you haven't visited the All Your Base 15 year anniversary post since it was first posted, you should. HINT: it's a font thing.
Pony Font request OpenDyslexic
"OpenDyslexic is a new open sourced font created to increase readability for readers with dyslexia. The typeface includes regular, bold, italic, and bold-italic styles. It is being updated continually and improved based on input from dyslexic users. There are no restrictions on using OpenDyslexic outside of attribution." [more inside]

Is there a userscript that can change the font of arbitrary users' comments/posts?
Did the text size on the blue get shrunk?
Text size issue - looks smaller on the front page of the blue than it used to. I increased text size in my profile, now the blue looks "normal" (like it did before) but MetaTalk and AskMe look much bigger. [more inside]

Are.you.serious?
This is going to be my first feature request on the site. I was wondering if it'd be possible to add a Sarcastic Font tag to our arsenal of HTML when posting. As many of you are aware, it is sometimes extremely hard to convey sarcasm in written text, and I think this would really benefit some people by spelling out when someone is being sarcastic. Here are some examples of its use. Thank you for your time, and just so you know, HAMBURGER jokes are so 2011 (or whenever that was first introduced).
...and HAMBURGER in a sarcastic font represents utmost sincerity
Idiopath on October 20th, 2009: If metafilter supported it, using an absurd font would probably be a better analog. [more inside]
Bigger is not always better
OK, I've tried fixing this myself, and I give up. Why is AskMe displaying text at a different size font to every other part of Metafilter on my home computer? [more inside]
Relative Tag Text Sizes
These days mefi tags all look about the same size (Opera 9.x, OS X). Is tweaking the math easy enough that the tag sizing could once again be a useful indicator of relative popularity? If not, no biggie.
Strike out in titles of FPP's.
When doing this post (nsfw) I did a strikeout for the title and it worked fine in the preview, but when it went live the strikeout was removed. "Go back" should have been striked out.
Unexpected font size in comments
When I view comments (in AskMe, MeFi, or MeTa), about half the time the called page comes up in a smaller font with ads displayed. I am logged in when this happens. This behaviour has just started in the last couple of weeks. Suggestions? (FF/XP2)
what is a good font for browing metafilter?
Forgive me if this is too chatty, but I feel like it's a valid question (if it belongs in AskMe, kindly let me know and I'll post it in a couple of days).
What is a good font with which to browse Metafilter? I know, I should just be using Tahoma or Arial or whatever is the default, but what are my options, and what does everyone else use? Something easy on the eyes but just a little different from everything else - like MeFi, I guess.
Again, apologies if this isn't really an appropriate area for this sort of thing. I'm still (relatively) new at this.

hidden deleted stuff
"Matt could simply change the font color to match the background color of the page, so if you wanted to read [a deleted comment] you'd have to highlight it, like spoilers on a movie review page. That would be awesome." This is an idea so good, it gets its own thread.
Your favorite logo font sucks.
I don't know if it is the kerning or the tracking but the letterspacing on the small font in the logo really sucks (not so noticable on MetaTalk, but check out "querying the hive mind" on AskMe and "community weblog" on MeFi). Don't make me call the typography police.
Ginormous letters from broken comment
Uh, this comment has broken the thread. Ginormous letters are partially obscuring other comments.
Windows box, XP home ed, Firefox: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
Semi-broken in latest version of IE; the text in quesiton is much smaller, but partially obscures the username/post time.

Love preview, but can't see it
I like the new "instant preview" feature in the blue, but in the preview window, I'm seeing black text on a blue background -- in other words, not terribly well.
Did font sizes in the blue change?
Is it just me, or is The Blue displaying in a teeny-tiny font for everyone? The Gray and the Green haven't changed, and neither has any other site that I vist. I first noticed this yesterday (May 12).
If it's everyone, I like the larger font much better. If it's me, anyone have any idea how I can fix it?

big, bad idea
This post Shows why giving users control over font size is a bad idea.
Problem with MeFi displaying really large text.
In Windows XP version 2002, using either Mozilla 1.1 or IE6, renders Metafilter with really big letters that make reading the site difficult. Anyone got any solutions?
Font consistency
The font in MeTa is 8pt, but it's 10pt in MeFi. I'm logged in and the customization is set at 10pt. The values appear in the inline style instructions (font-size for "p" is 8/10pt depending on source). I was messing around with the customization settings yesterday, but this appears when viewing new threads so it's not a cache thing. And I'm using Moz 1.0, but I don't think it's a browser thing because you can see the numbers in the page sources...
font preferences consistent across sites!
As of some time this afternoon my font preferences from MeFi are working in MeTa also. Is this new or is IE just acting up again? I'm in mac OS 9.2, IE 5.1
I'd switch to Opera except MeFi doesn't look right
I'm trying to see if Opera for Mac might be something to switch to. But, at least in Mefi/Metatalk, my font Metafilter font preferences, while they seem to register in "Customize" Mefi, do not take hold. Is there something in Opera: I can't get the font smaller; and there's too much space between lines of text. Is there something I'm not adjusting in OPERA?
font and indenting fubar
Oh no, bad things. Fonts and indenting are FUBAR.
Is anyone else seeing random font changes?

button to adjust font size?
Would it be possible to add a button to adjust the font size in the edit comments field? Similar to the Bold or Italics button, a "-1", so it's simpler to add asides to your comments. Having a "+1" would be bad, for obvious reasons. (also, there's a small bug -> inside (that -1 would have been useful here))
CSS font issue on Linux
I dunno what the deal is, dunno if it is just Netscape for Linux or what, but the class on your pages labeled 'monthday' look very very very pixelized on my screen. Is this purposeful?
