Help me find a hilarious IT-related comedy video

Help me! Looking for a post of comedy video, where the entire video is portrayed as looking at the monitor of an IT guy. Hilarity ensues when a guy from marketing asks him to reboot the Web server, and the IT guy interrupts a game of Halo to help.

The video had, among other things, the IT guy using remote desktop to view the marketing guy's desktop, only to discover that the guy has his shortcuts arranged into the shape of a penis.

I just watched episodes 3 and 4. They both have some good moments, but lack the multiple-funny-things-on-the-screen-at-every-moment effect of the first two.

I thought 3 was weak, but 4 is pretty good.
It has real usable advice on how to survive after you have totally screwed up.

The data center hippie in part four is this same dude I've seen pictures of in ads all over the place trying to sell me lower mortgage rates.

I get why TWID guy would use stock photos, but how dead-eyed crazy is supposed to make me want to refinance has been beyond me for a while.

Why can I view the videos on Safari but not Firefox?
