ROFLCon meetup part 2

Boston/Cambridge: Is anyone going to ROFLCon on April 30th and May 1st and/or interested in meeting up afterwards?

The conference is at MIT again. Last time we did this, we met at the Cambridge Brewing Company, which seemed to work well. Any other suggestions? Is Friday or Saturday night better?

I'm planning on going to the Providence meetup on 5/1, so that may be more meeting up than I can manage.

Was planning to go, and even bought a ticket, but have since discovered I can't. :-(

If there's a Saturday night meetup, though, I'll probably be there!

I'm in if it doesn't go too late on May 1; I'll be up "long before the day/to welcome in the May" with the morris dancers and maypole at dawn.

I'm moving to Boston next week and haven't even found a place yet, so definitely too busy for ROFLCon. But maybe not too busy for a meetup. It's too early to say yet, though Friday night is more likely to work than Saturday.

Actually, I think my schedule may have just opened up. Should be able to do either day, and maybe make the conference too!

I vote for Friday (or even Sunday). I'd love to go, but the 1st is going to be tight. I missed out on ROFLcon registration, so I'm doing a combo of the Wake Up the Earth Festival and the Providence meetup. (there's also Geek Week going on at ImprovBoston, but I'd sacrifice a few shows for a meetup :)

Ugh, I still don't know where I'll even be staying on Saturday. But Friday will definitely work. We should probably pick a date soon, so it gets on the sidebar for maximum visibility.

Okay so we didn't have a meetup, but I did wear my MeFi shirt on Saturday. Six people asked if I worked for the site!

One of them was Ryan North of Dinosaur Comics!!!
