uh? How about a link to the post in question?

but why didn't you link to the post you're complaining about?

Oh, silly me. Here it is.

It's hard to find things without links, isn't it?

That's the point, wendell, to show how annoying it is...

is this something I'd have to be an asshat to know about?

Yes... So I don't understand why you don't get it.

Steve, that's the nicest thing you've ever said about me. Don't ever let it happen again.

Obviously a post that will be gone (or fixed, perhaps) as soon as Matt gets back from wherever he might currently be.

And the best thing about it was when Linwood just posted the word "MetaTalk" *in* the thread with no link here. Jesus people. href!

I thought the post in question was atrocious. Whoever posted it has shown complete and blatant disregard for all readers of this site. I am very angry about the whole situation.

Did anyone else notice that the thread had a very AskMe feel to it? No link in the post, but all the details of the story were supplied by other users. All we need now is coyroy to post at the bottom and say "Thanks, ______! That did the trick."

No? Too meta?
posted by DrJohnEvans at 12:36 PM on March 14, 2004

You can never be too meta.
